Returns & Exchanges We want you to be thrilled with your Pawsy product, and we stand behind the quality of every item we craft. If something doesn't meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

RETURNS

To start a return, please complete email help@pawsy.com.au

For a return to be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns received within 30 days of the original shipping date will be fully refunded, minus shipping charges.

Returns received within 31-60 days of the original shipping date will receive store credit.

We cannot accept returns after 60 days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for covering return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Dog beds with inserts are bulky, so to avoid costly return shipping expenses, please double-check that you have selected the correct bed size before placing your order (refer to our Size Guide for assistance).

EXCHANGES

We are excited to announce that we now offer direct exchanges to enhance your shopping experience even further. However, if you prefer to exchange an item for a different color or a new product altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and proceed to place an order for the desired item instead. During the returns process, you will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping.
