Pawsy Australia is a small independent pet supply store based in Perth, Western Australia. We're not a warehouse chain and we're not pretending to be one. We're a young business putting together a range of practical gear for dogs and cats, and shipping it Australia-wide.
How we keep prices where they are
We work directly with overseas manufacturing partners instead of buying through Australian distributors. That's the whole reason an automatic feeder here costs what it does rather than double.
The trade-off is time. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 12 to 20 business days from dispatch. Express is 8 to 12. Every order is tracked, and we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.
Shipping is $11 standard, $20 express, and free on orders over $100.
What we stock
Gear that solves an actual problem — no-pull harnesses, LED collars for dawn and dusk walks, car seat covers and boosters, automatic feeders and water fountains, grooming tools, slow feeders, cooling mats, and enrichment toys for cats. If it doesn't do something useful, we don't list it.
If something goes wrong
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it — replacement or refund. In most cases we won't ask you to post anything back.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full and can't be excluded by anything we write here. If an order hasn't turned up within 30 business days of dispatch, tell us and we'll resend it or refund you.
